About the Competition
The competition is open to applicants from the fields of hotel, restaurant and catering. Candidates must have at least one mentor who supports their applications by a written statement. Other basic requirements for participation are an exemplary understanding of leadership / behavior, and first professional successes on the way to the top leadership.
